PERSEVERANCE

This will stand though the ground gives way.
His word and truth, the same this day.

Though stars will fade and give their last,
there is a hope that will not pass.
A trumpet calls from our true home,
a savior who died alone.
He made alive what was born dead,
fists and thorns he payed in red.
He bought with blood both you and me,
Our dear Christ is victory.

TIGHTROPE

Step right up!

The talented and remarkable Elise Stephens has done it again! This is an exciting short story from the author of "Moon light and Oranges" about a young man looking for an adventurous summer job with a circus, little did he know he would find more then he bargained for with this band of rambling rogues.

For more from Elise check out her blog HERE

I had the pleasure of illustrating, photographing, and designing the cover.

Hopeful Romantic

The art and poem were both composed some time ago but I thought it a fitting start all the same.
